Our intimate and atmospheric basement venue is probably the coolest part about The Roxy 171. In our short wee existence so far we have had some fantastic nights on downstairs with both local and international artists grace the stage. From our barnstorming Americana nights, glitschy live electro gigs, fabulous Free Candy Sessions right through to some cracking stand up comedy we cater for a huge range of niches and tastes. As the venue settles into itself, the lineup will change and evolve all the time so be sure to keep yourselves updated by checking the website and our facebook for news on up-coming marquee events.

Having already played host to a few EP releases already we are quickly getting a great wee reputation, which will just grow and grow. We are always on the lookout for new talent and people with a real energy and passion for the game – so please get in contact if we have somehow managed to miss your talents, and we will try and arrange a gig.

The venue is also perfect for private functions with your own private bar area and music system to dance the night away.
